RockSolid Consulting has a new software framework called 'Bedrock' , which is essentially a foundation for building commercial-grade web applications.
The benefits to business clients include a faster time to market for software projects. This is achieved through rapid delivery of core functionality in the early stages of the software development life cycle. Error logging, low-level security and validation services are delivered to new projects out of the box.
On the technical side, RockSolid's Bedrock Framework utilises best-practice templates to generate a data layer, entity layer, and business layer based on any given database design. Stephanus Natawardaja, a technical architect at RockSolid explains, "Bedrock means that a high level of reliability, consistency, and extensibility is built in to every new system, before one line of code is manually written."
